NAVIGATING THE HOOKUP: 7 CONSENT PITFALLS AND HOW TO AVOID THEM

Description

Consent is often presented as a simple, straightforward “yes or no” interaction. However, giving and obtaining consent can sometimes be hard. In this interactive workshop, we will have a realistic and nuanced conversation about consent. We’ll explore research-based reasons why consent can be complicated. We’ll also address common consent pitfalls in the hook-up context, and practical tips for avoiding them.
